1. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed once full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. All bookings must be made through the official ShantelleDiaz website or authorised partners.
2. Payments
- Payment must be made in the currency stated on the website.
- Prices may change until payment is received.
- Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before arrival may receive a full refund, minus transaction fees.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows will forfeit the full booking amount.
- Some partner locations may have stricter policies, which will be communicated at booking.
4. Changes to Booking
Requests to modify dates, services, or locations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
- HealedMe Well Sanctuary provides complementary and holistic wellness services.
- These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
- Guests must consult a qualified healthcare provider before undertaking any wellness program, treatment, or dietary plan.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- Personal belongings
- Following sanctuary guidelines and local laws
- Behaving appropriately; the sanctuary reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating these rules
7. Liability
HealedMe Well Sanctuary and ShantelleDiaz are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Injury or health issues arising from participation in wellness programs
Except where legally required.
8. Third-Party Partners
Some sanctuary locations operate via third-party partners. Bookings are subject to both these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies of the partner facility.
9. Exclusive Booking Terms
Guests may not negotiate separate terms or agreements directly with service providers or partner facilities. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of booking terms and may result in cancellation or refusal of service without refund.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
11. Age Restrictions
Some wellness programs are not suitable for minors. Age requirements will be specified in the booking information.
12. Insurance Requirement
Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel, health, or wellness insurance.
13. Photography and Media Consent
HealedMe Well Sanctuary may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the booking is made. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Privacy
Guest information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
